If you’ve ever enjoyed wood-fired pizza, you know what great flavor a little smoke can add to your favorite pizza. We will cook and taste recipes for traditional favorites and not-so-traditional combinations that will jazz up your menu. This is an intensive hands-on class. Everyone will knead and form pizza dough and make their pizza. There will be generous sample of the food we make in the class.

Important Class Information
- You may cancel your registration up to 1 week prior for an equal value class credit. No cash refunds for cooking classes unless canceled by Bekins. Cancellations within 1 week are not refundable, although you may have someone take your class reservation.
- Payment is required at time of registration.
- We cannot accommodate walk-ins, audits, or unpaid guests.
- Classes are designed for adults, however minor children over the age of 16 are allowed with an accompanying paid parent or guardian.
- Classes are held at the Bekins showroom located at 735 Washington Avenue in Grand Haven, Michigan. Click here for a Google map. If you need directions to get here, please feel free to call us at (616) 842-2743.
- You are welcome to park in the lot next to the building, on the street or in
the city parking area located across the street next to the Frame and Mat shop.
- We endeavor to make the classes small, informal, entertaining,
informative and fun. Feel free to ask any questions or share your experiences during the class.
- You will receive a generous sampling portion of the dishes prepared.
- We have non-alcoholic beverages available. You are welcome to bring a beverage of your choice - we have wine glasses.
- Most of the classes provide a hands-on opportunity if you wish. An apron will be provided for your use during class.
- Please let the chef know before class if you have any possible food allergies. We will accommodate you the best we can and advise you of any potential conflicts. We want to keep you healthy and happy so you can enjoy your night.
- Classes start promptly at the scheduled time - so plan to arrive with enough time to sign in and pick up your recipe pack. Our front doors are locked at closing time (usually 6:00 PM). If you find them locked, please use the door to the right rear of the building adjacent to the parking lot.
